Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the current online learning as an alternative to the implementation of learning during the COVID-19 pandemic, which the implementation still brings about various problems for educators, students, and educational institutions. The formulation of the problem taken in this study is how to protect the law against the fulfillment of the right to education during the covid-19 pandemic. The results of the study reveal that online learning can be done as an alternative to the fulfillment of the right to education and can be used as a means to improve the education system in Indonesia, especially in terms of equitable distribution of education quality with the renewal of the national education system law as a legal umbrella in the implementation of the education system in Indonesia.
